SLK型消防泵控制柜


      
      SLK型消防泵控制设备用于火情时启动由电动机驱动的消防水泵。其可以通过就地启动按钮手动启动、控制室遥控或通过检测自动喷水灭火系统的压力下降自动启动消防泵, 通过就地停止按钮手动停止消防泵。消防泵可配置一用一备或多用一备,主泵故障时备用泵自动投入运行,主回路可采用全压启动、量三角降压启动、自属降压启动、电子软起动器启动部分绕组启动等多种启动方式。

      SLK型消防泵控制设备白带SLK- ES型拉线式机械应急启动机构, 该机构是针对消防给水系统进行开发的,能够满足GB 50974-2014《消防给水及消火栓系统技术规范》中*第11章 控制与操作”对于"手动机械机械启泵”的相关要求。配备该机构的消防泵控制设备已取得消防CCC认证。

      该设备具有以下特点:

      1.不需增加单独的机械应急启动柜,机械手柄通过软轴拉线传动操作主回路接触器使其主触点强制闭合,柜内简洁且主要元器件接触器易于布置。

      2.透配多种主回路启动方式,且机械机构不影响控制柜正常的电气控制。

      3.互逆接触器间使用机械联锁,设备更加安全可靠。

  SLK fire pump control equipment is used to start the fire pump driven by the motor in case of fire. It can be manually started by local start button, remotely controlled by control room or automatically started by detecting the pressure drop of automatic sprinkler system, and manually stopped by local stop button. The fire pump can be equipped with one in use, one for standby or multiple in use and one for standby. When the main pump fails, the standby pump will be put into operation automatically. The main circuit can be started by full pressure, delta pressure reduction, self owned pressure reduction, electronic soft starter, partial winding, etc.

  SLK type fire pump control equipment white belt slk-es type stay wire type mechanical emergency starting mechanism is developed for fire water supply system, which can meet the relevant requirements of "manual mechanical pump start" in Chapter 11 control and operation of chapter * in GB 50974-2014 technical code for fire water supply and hydrant system. The equipment has the following features:



1. There is no need to add a separate mechanical emergency start cabinet. The mechanical handle drives the main circuit contactor through the flexible shaft pull wire to make its main contact force closed. The cabinet is simple and the main component contactor is easy to arrange.

2. Multiple main circuit startup modes are fully equipped, and the mechanical mechanism does not affect the normal electrical control of the control cabinet.



3. Mechanical interlocking is used between mutual reverse contactors to make the equipment more safe and reliable.
